This is by far the worst car service center in the DFW Metroplex.

Let me explain why:

1. My Honda CRV had a recall. So, we call this service center since we have bough 2 Hondas from here. We were asked to come in at 815a on (last) Friday and were advised the wait time would be around 1 hour. I go there and am told that the wait time is 2 - 3 hours. Since I am already there, I have no choice but to ask them to go ahead and take care of the recall. About 45 minutes into it, I get a text message with something like 8 different things that need to be fixed and everything is "immediate attention". Glancing thru the list, i ignore all of it: let me just call 1 ridiculous "immediate attention" things - I need to change all 4 of my tires (on a Honda CR-V) with a Michelin apparently for a total of $770. Are these jokers kidding me? I ask them to not make any changes but to stick with the recall - upon which Joel (the Service Rep) says they do NOT have the part to fix the recall problem - this was after about an hour waiting there. Absolutely ridiculous. They said they will call me once the part is in. I walk out fuming -

2. Joel calls me again on Thursday (yesterday) saying the part is in and so I agree to come in at 830a on Friday (today). Well. Joel does not show up and so I get assigned to David Post - who says he will try to get it expedited and be done in less than an hour. 830a becomes 930a and then 1030a. I get a text with the same list of things that need to be fixed and I ignore it - since I had already said I am not interested in getting any of their "immediate attention" recommendations. 1030a becomes 1050a and so I walk over to David - who now says that since Joel is in, he has turned over my paper work to Joel. I walk over to Joel and he says car is not ready yet and it will take another 30 minutes (by now it has already been 2h 30 minutes). What choice do I have at this moment? Nothing - I gnash my teeth and walk back to the waiting room for another 40 minutes and finally walk out of the shop at 1150ish.

Interestingly I am in the market for a car - rest assured, I will NOT go back to this shop or the dealership. Heck, I am now looking at other cars - and will very likely steer clear of Honda.

This dealership - is by far - the worst. Take my advice: Avoid it like the proverbial plague and take your business elsewhere.
